Terms of Business for Succeed with Dyslexia
This page details the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the Succeed with Dyslexia Services listed on our Succeed with Dyslexia website Training and Services pages. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any booking process from our organisation. You should understand that by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Availability and delivery

We aim to respond to your initial enquiry within 3 business days, at this stage of your journey with us, we will share the relevant information regarding your request and may offer the opportunity to have a conversation with us in order to ensure we meet your needs in the best possible way.

Once the initial enquiry stage has been completed, we will then work with you to find a convenient date(s) and time(s) for the service delivery to occur (if applicable) this information will appear on the booking form that we will then share with you. Completion of the booking form by the client is considered to be a formal agreement between the client and Succeed with Dyslexia.

Delivery of the service(s) will then occur as per the plans contained within the booking form. Successful receipt of the completed booking form will generate an invoice. We would expect payment to be received before the service can be delivered.
Cancellation Policy
We require the client to give Succeed with Dyslexia as much notice as possible that they wish to cancel the service that has been booked. A minimum of 7 days is expected, with the cancellation request being sent in writing to the relevant email address (as per the booking form) or alternatively through to info@succeedwithdyslexia.org . Wherever possible it is hoped that the client will endeavour to reschedule the service and liase with Succeed with Dyslexia accordingly.
If there is less than 7 days notice period of a cancellation, Succeed with Dyslexia may charge Cancellation Charge, with 75% of the fee being expected if the notice period is less than 48 hours.
On rare occasions Succeed with Dyslexia may need to cancel the service, this may be for example, due to ill health of a team member. If this occurs we will alert the client as soon as possible and reschedule the service to a more appropriate time.
We also realise that sometimes the unexpected can happen, due to events outside of our control and through no fault of our own. In these force majeure type circumstances, we acknowledge that neither the client nor Succeed with Dyslexia is liable and so will work accordingly for a sensible, mutually beneficial resolution.
Refund Policy
We always work to standards of excellence with our services and work hard to ensure our clients are happy. However we understand that sometimes a refund is required, wherever possible we will endeavour to provide a full refund for our services if the client is not satisfied and has legitimate concerns related to the service provided. The reasons for requesting a refund must be shared in writing to the appropriate email address as per previous correspondences or through to info@succeedwithdyslexia.org . It is expected that a discussion will occur as to whether there can be any other resolution of the situation; this may include offering a replacement/ repeated service.
Succeed with Dyslexia Intellectual Property
The information that we share with you during Succeed with Dyslexia Training is the intellectual property of Succeed with Dyslexia. We therefore expect that this is respected in how information is shared and handled. Unauthorised use and misuse of the Succeed with Dyslexia logo and associated learning materials will incur a response from our organisation.
