20% of your workforce are neurodiverse...

And they are entitled to reasonable adjustments within their workplace and
classroom. Are you keeping up with demand for inclusivity?

    What can I do?

    Your Responsibility as an Employer

Supporting neurodivergent workers is deemed the legal responsibility of employers under UK law. We call these adaptations ‘reasonable adjustments’—but they still don’t encompass the full scope of workplace changes and awareness.

    Learn with SWD

Drawing on the expertise of workplace dyslexia specialists, Succeed With
Dyslexia offer dyslexia and neurodiversity training for businesses and
individuals who want to support their teams.
